Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is paramount! Items ordered from Jaszy.com may be returned for exchange or credit within 10 days of purchase. To return an item for exchange or credit please email us at exchange@Jaszy.com with your customer number, order confirmation number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason(s) for returning the items(s). Make sure that the subject line of your email contains the words “Request for Product Return Authorization Number”. We will respond via email with a Product Return Authorization Number (“PRA#”) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Kindly return items in original packaging with a copy of the invoice. The PRA# will automatically expire within 10 days of issue, so all product returns must be received by Jaszy's Jewelry's Returns Department within 20 days of the PRA# being issued.
If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decide to cancel the order after it has already shipped, but before it has been delivered to you, you must still accept the delivery. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for any brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return to Jaszy's Jewelry.
THE FOREGOING RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS IN OUR ONLINE INVENTORY WHICH ARE "LIMITED EDITION" ITEMS OR ITEMS "ON SPECIAL".
Please insure your returns/exchanges, Jaszy's Jewelry will not be held responsible for lost packages.
Repairs
Your Jaszy purchase is guaranteed for life! Should your jewelry item require minor repairs, please contact us for return instructions. All repairs made at the discretion of the designer. If deemed unable to repair, item purchase price will be credited toward your next purchase. Shipping fees will apply.
Shipping
All products are shipped via UPS. Shipping charges calculated by order total. A return fee of $25.00 will be billed to Customer’s credit card for any shipment that is refused. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Eastern Standard time). Orders received after 5 p.m. (Eastern Standard time) will be shipped the next business day. You will be notified via email of your shipment details. All shipments are subject to availability.

Expedited shipment requests MUST be stated with your order details, additional fees may apply.
All Florida orders are subject to sales tax.
